Information is used to review applications, respond to inquiries, deliver services, and — if you subscribe — send infrequent dispatches. We do not sell personal data.
4. Analytics & Anti-Spam
We use privacy-conscious analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) for aggregate traffic measurement and custom events such as CTA clicks and form completion. Anti-spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile and standard verification signals.
5. Email & Communications
Transactional email (application confirmations, admin notifications) is handled by Resend. You may unsubscribe from Clarity Signals at any time via the link in every dispatch.
6. Data Retention
Application and inquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to provide service continuity and business records. Subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you have submitted by emailing the application form.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
